Great video, especially the underwater shot. I always point out to my swimmers the depth that the elite backstrokers get on their starts. It’s kind of counter-intuitive to them (and their parents for that matter!) that you would go so deep, when we talk so much about keeping everything going forward, but it really helps them get a hold of that clean water and power through those dolphin kicks.
