Great set, Andy. I think that a lot of coaches don’t make enough use of 25′s in their workouts. A set like this is nice, because it essentially amounts to a broken 100, and then at the end you stick it all together into an ACTUAL 100. Encourages the swimmers to keep working hard throughout the whole set.
